A new, adrenaline-pumped chapter of The Terminator continues 35 years after the release of the cult classic with Linda Hamilton (“Sarah Connor”) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (“T-800”) returning and reuniting in their iconic roles for Terminator: Dark Fate, a thrilling new action-adventure that allows fans to relive the excitement of the epic story.

Directed by Tim Miller, the man behind the global blockbuster Deadpool, and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison, with co-stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna and Diego Boneta, Terminator: Dark Fate follows where Terminator 2: Judgement Day left off: two decades since Sarah Connor prevented Judgement Day, thereby changing the future and re-writing the fate of the human race.

“Above anything else, we wanted to create a return to form with Dark Fate. Terminator 1 and 2 hold a very special place in cinematic history, and we wanted Dark Fate to be a continuation of Jim’s vision for the franchise,” explains producer David Ellison. “There was only one way we were going to do it – and that was if James Cameron was going to come back to the franchise.” As a return to form, it keeps audiences at the edge of their seats with the classic chase between hunter, protectors, and prey in its narrative.

Living a simple life in Mexico City with her father and brother (Diego Boneta), Dani Ramos’ (Natalia Reyes) life is forever changed when a highly advanced and equally deadly new Terminator – a Rev-9 (Gabriel Luna) – goes back in time to hunt and kill her.

With her life and very existence on the line, Dani’s ultimate survival relies on two warriors: Grace (Mackenzie Davis), an enhanced super-solider from the future, and a battle-hardened Sara Connor (Linda Hamilton). As Rev-9 wreaks havoc in its quest to hunt down Dani, their last hope is someone from Sarah’s past: T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger).

“It has the same intensity, the same take-no-prisoners feeling and sense of abject terror,” Cameron says of Terminator: Dark Fate, which he describes as a direct sequel to Terminator 2, one that recaptures the riveting tone of the original Terminator and its follow-up.

A collision of technology and action, the film features exhilarating action sequences amplified by state-of-the-art CGI and effects with performances just as intense from its strong predominantly female cast, Terminator: Dark Fate is bound to get fans, old and new, excited once again.
