It was a lunch bonding then in Alabang when my wife introduced me with Krazy Garlik and found the many dishes a garlic can offer.
When wifey invited me again to try new dishes that Krazy Garlik has to offer, I do not have those hesitations to say No and like to indulge once more on what’s in store.
What I will be sharing with you is the description of each menu as explain by their Chef himself.
Creamy Garlik Hummus is chickpeas and sesame paste served with a soft tortilla and freshly baked sourdough bread.
Roasted Tomato salad which is compose of mesclun greens, roasted tomatoes, dried figs, feta cheese, and cashew nuts tossed in homemade garlic vinaigrette dressing topped with black olives and croutons.
In between, I have also a glass of cocktail infused with garlic also.
Chorizo Paella is a medley of red bell peppers, black olives, and roasted garlic.
BBQ Grilled Riblets is a plate of grilled riblets served with special barbeque sauce and garlic marble potatoes.
Garlik Oxtail is a tomato based dish mixed with soft and tenderized meat.
Cupping our night were serving us new desserts for summer theme.
One of them called Krazy Mess which is a strawberry ice cream combined with raspberry, Nata de Coco, homemade meringue and whipped cream.
Another one is Affogato Trifle – a vanilla ice cream with bittersweet taste of coffee jelly, meringue, whipped cream, and vanilla topped with a hot espresso shot.
Even I am not a food reviewer like my wife, I enjoyed all the new addition garlic fusion dishes escapade with Krazy Garlik. Aside from the picture perfect presentation that is very enticing to eat, true to its word, one has to experience to taste its goodness.
