Japanese food is just very common for me to eat and also to shot as photographer. But wait, did you see my highlight photo? Its a Big Maki called Symphony of Kessaku that not only crave my interest to eat but also to enjoy those shots.

When you come to Kessaku, let go of those ordinary servings like Tuna or Salmon. Go with those combination like this Symphony – sushi rice, tuna, salmon lace at the top with crab stick.

The location of the place is promising on the near residents and to those who are looking for fine and quiet dining for relaxation which separated it to crowded malls and shopping center around Alabang district.

For starter, rolls and maki were served. These are Spider Roll, Unagi and California Maki. I thought the Symphony is the only extra-ordinary one that I will meet in this Japanese cuisine.

Like for example, the California Maki has this round fish roe on its top that blends more the kick taste of mango and mayo.

This is also my first time to taste a crab called Spider Roll that made it crunchy and crispy to munch.

The Unagi is an eel for picking which I enjoyed more in eating rather than making it a katsu.

Salads are ordinary unless one has to garnished it with  Tiger Prawns around w/ Sunburst Salad.  Once all the fruits and veggies are mixed and bite it with shrimp meat with their vinaigrette, the flavor  is nicely bounce together.

The Tantemen is a ramen masterpiece as the smoothest of its broth blends well with the freshness of all ingredients as I sipped it with goodness.

Even I have already those rice with maki and roll, I am still looking for rice as our main meal.  Good that Kamameshi and Cha Han arrived cooked in the traditional iron pot.  Its worth a wait – its a meal itself with veggies, beef and shrimps at the top.

Viand like these barbeque chicken and tempura are especially good in taste because of its soft and tender marinated meat.

I don’t know why my wifey love this Smelt Fish which I find it odd in taste.  The reason?  It has its egg inside that led to not that ordinary meat fish that one can eat and no fish bones around.

I am already done with all those Japanese goodness.

Still, one has to save the best for last.

Anyway, I still like the oyster to be eaten in cake form rather than fried into pieces.

For Tempura, they use tiger prawn that made big astounding in sight as they served it to us.  Who would not resist its crispy taste even I was already stomach full.

Before we call the night, overall,  I am not only satisfied with all the food I ate.  Kessaku made the basics of plating the food artistically to make all the dishes breath on its own giving unity and composition as they garnish each plate with gusto.
