The municipality of Lubao, Pampanga is home to the annual Lubao International Balloon and Music
Festival event. Now on its 5 th year, #LubaoIBMF2018 is set to continue on with its trademark summer
experience that’s perfect for family and friends.

Happening on March 23 – 25, 2018 at Pradera Verde, festival goers can expect a total of thirty-one
(31) exciting local and international balloons to paint the skies of Lubao. A wide variety of new
surprises will also be offered aside from the usual favorite on ground and aerial activities to keep
everyone entertained throughout the day.

Continuing on with the massive success of last year’s first ever music fest with international acts,
attendees can expect a follow up that is as fun and exhilirating, if not more. An amazing lineup of
musical acts awaits everyone at the #LubaoIBMF2018.

From the morning flight all the way to the concert at night, the festival will be packed with
entertainment that will surely make the event’s 5 th year another memorable one.

The Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival 2018 is organized by Lubao International Balloon
Festival, Inc. (LIBF) together with Forthinker, Inc., in cooperation with the Arts, Culture and Tourism
Office of Pampanga (ACTO) and with support from Provincial Government of Pampanga.

1. Where is Lubao located?
It is bounded by the municipalities of Guagua on the north, Sasmuan on the
east, Floridablanca on the west and Orani, Bataan on the south.

2. How to get to the Festival?
DRIVING

VIA NLEX

● Take the North Luzon Expressway and then take San Fernando toll exit
● Turn left towards Jose Abad Santos Ave. (Formerly Olangapo – Gapan road)
● Head towards the town Lubao, passing Gua-Gua – Sta. Rita Intersection and
Golangco intersection (brgy. Prado Siongco is the last barangay of Lubao
before Bataan)
● The venue is at the right side of the highway, before the Pampanga and
Bataan welcome arch.

VIA SCTEX

● Take SCTEX toll Plaza heading towards Subic
● Take Dinalupihan toll exit; then turn left to Lubao
● The venue is right after the Bataan – Pampanga welcome arch
VIA TPLEX /SCTEX
● Take TPLEX towards SCTEX Toll Plaza heading to Subic
● Take Dinalupihan toll exit; then turn left to Lubao
● The venue is right after the Bataan-Pampanga welcome arch

TRANSIT

FROM MANILA

● Ride Genesis, Victory Liner, or Bataan Transit bus going to Olongapo,
Mariveles, or Balanga ask the bus conductor if they will pass by Lubao,
Pampanga
● If the bus will pass Lubao, then ask the bus conductor to drop you off at
Pradera Verde where the Hot Air Balloon Festival will take place
● All bus liners takes a bus stop over in Lubao
● For Victory Liner, its a 15 minutes away from Pradera Verde

FROM SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

● Ride a Jeepney going to Sta. Cruz or Gua-Gua. Go down to the Jeepney
Terminal
● In the Jeepney Terminal. Ride a Jeepney going to Dinalupihan. Ask the drive
to drop you off at Pradera Verde where the Hot Air Balloon Festival will take
place

FROM BATAAN AND OLONGAPO

● Ride a Jeepney going to Dinalupihan, Bataan. Go down to the
Jeepney Terminal
● In the Jeepney Terminal. Ride a Jeepney going to Sta. Cruz or
