Asia’s songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid and her son NateAlcasid honored the inspiring Filipino families of the 9th Jollibee Family Values Awards (JFVA)with their heartfelt rendition of the star’s hit song “I Can”. Since its launch in 2011, the JFVAhas been giving awards to outstanding families whose advocacy programs are guided byvalues such as generosity, compassion, love for community, and the environment, amongothers. This year, 10 families were recognized for exemplifying these values andchampioning the welfare of Filipinos in their communities.
